Use this to post ads to sell, swap or give away just about anything, or to advertise services. Used cars, babysitters, yard sales, kids looking to shovel snow, or a lightly used bicycle that your kid outgrew and you can’t bear to throw away – give it to someone who can use it. If you over estimated the amount of paint or other household chemicals that you needed and have a couple of gallons left over, maybe someone can use it rather that throwing it into the waste stream.
It could also be used in conjunction with classifieds printed in the local papers. Briefly advertise your yard sale or car and give them this web address for a listing of items that will be offered or more details about the car.
Again, the possibilities are endless.

We're in your neighborhood and used Visichelli Landscaping for the grass - small company, personal attention and reliable 628-2978. They still do several of the neighbors...we have gone green and use a hand mower now.

I am the 3rd local owner of a 1989 model Catalina 22 that has been sailed mainly in Oyster Bay waters. I bought it in 2001. It has been mainly serviced by Oyster Bay Marine Center. It has a full keel with main and jib in good condition. Also included are excellent condition cushions, 8 hp Yamaha engine with less than 50 hours, 5 gallon fuel tank, an adjustable motor mount, 4 boat stands, miscellaneous extra hardware, 2 throwable life preservers, 4 orange life preservers in an orange cloth zippered bag. Extra gear includes: dining table, potty, cockpit mounted compass, very good condition pop-top cover w/windows that I only used a few times, and other miscellaneous items if you want them.
The rigging and roller furl were completely updated in 2006. In 2007 I replaced the rudder and tiller and I also had the electric updated.
It is extremely clean down below and can sleep and entertain 4 people comfortably.

Would the local landscaper who barrels down mountain avenue every morning at around 7:30-7:40 please try to observe the speed limit which is FIFTEEN IN A SCHOOL ZONE. You are going so fast the wind caused by your truck causes my parked car to shake.

Need a flat trailer - mmy neighbor has a kit built single axle trailer that measures four and a half by eight feet. The metal work is in good condition but the wooden floor, side and end panels would need to be replaced. It also needs new lights. My neighbor has all the paperwork.
My neighbor bought the trailer to transport his fishing gear down to the creek. It would be ideal for hauling firewood.

Your note couldn't have come at a better time. I tell you what, I have an idea. I know from cousins of yours who have written before that you'd usually require me/us to send you a couple of thousand just to cover the necessary paperwork, but here's the deal: we'll settle for 4 million this end, and that leaves you with a million plus to do what's necessary to make the transfer! Good thinking, eh? We're not greedy.
This is such good news. With your funding, we can repave the whole of Bayville Avenue; everyone will be thrilled to bits about that! Looking to come over here yourself? Not a problem, I have a friend called Lisa who'll give you a bed. You can drive the paver, and we'll do the rest of the village at the same time.

I have several online pursuits, including www.CheapAdAgency.com, www.Skrumshis.com, www.Laptop-Locator.com, www.Siteenstein.com, and www.Wherz-it.com. I would like to partner with a webmaster who would maintain these sites, and others I would build, and allow me the ability to keep them relevant.
I am studying Dreamweaver on my own, but as of now, these sites are being built in iWeb and have to be watched by someone who is an expert coder, also willing to upgrade them as the need arises. I want someone who cares, is attentive, and will offer suggestions for improvement in exchange for half of all profits generated by the affiliation income.
I intend to eventually monetize all sites. I will also aggressively seek web building and hosting work. I have put a lot of effort into promoting these sites and can successfully do that at no expense, but right now they have been sitting dormant for about 2 months while I search for assistance. I am basically an experienced advertising man, a graphic artist, copywriter and idea person who is also a platinum level author on Ezine articles. My purpose is not to seek funding, just assistance.
You don't have to be a workaholic, just be attentive. You must know the back end, be available to update pages, make suggestions, understand how to keep the sites relevant.
You'll be a partner, so your input would be important. Maybe you can set me up so that I can do some things on my own. I'm the basic creative force, and I'll keep advertising; you're the tech expert, and you'll keep the sites working smoothly and efficiently.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone displaced by this economy who would like to partner with someone in the same boat, to make this turn into a primary income.

I have two printers that I have no further use for.
Dell 720 Color Printer - compact, fairly basic inkjet printer.
Epson RX700 Photoprinter - all-in-one multipurpose printer with scan/copy/print.
Both are about five years old and both work fine. Need ink... printers always need ink! Have necessary cables.
